

AZ Regular Legislative Session 2022
The 2022 Regular AZ Legislative Session begins January 10, 2022

-2022 Session is set to end May 13, 2022
-Prefiling for bills started Nov. of 2021.
-All bills must go through the proper steps during session to be voted on.
If a bill is passed through all steps, it will then be directed to the Governors desk where he can either sign the bill or veto the bill.
Bills signed will then be chaptered and go into effect 90 days from the close of the legislative session.

AzCMF will be tracking bills related to medical freedom & parental rights here.
Although we will establish a position on bills, we always encourage you to continue your research on bills and come to your own conclusion.

Bills will be assigned to committees on a weekly basis. Find the current week to vote on RTS & to stay up to date with each bills status.
